Dr. Ferguson holds a Doctorate in Theological Studies with an emphasis in Pastoral Leadership from Denver Seminary, a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Rowan University, and a Bachelor’s in English (Cum Laude) from Kean University. She has over 20 years of experience in vocational ministry. She specializes in missional strategy, preaching, teaching, healing, deliverance, and conflict resolution. Dedicated to mentoring, training, and equipping clergy and congregations to bridge the gap between rigorous biblical theology and the practical demands of modern church leadership by focusing on pastoral leadership and vision casting, theological integration and preaching, congregational health and conflict transformation, and mentorship and discipleship development.

She founded Enough Tribulations Peace & Deliverance Ministries during one of the most challenging periods of her Christian journey. During this time, she faced numerous tribulations and spiritual setbacks but found solace in the Scripture John 16:33: “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me you might have peace. In the world, you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. Originally from Jamaica, Dr. Ferguson served as a police officer in her home country. She is also an author, conference speaker, seminar leader, and a devoted mother to her daughter, Hervianna. Together with her late husband, Bishop Hervin Ferguson, she ministered in local churches in both Jamaica and New Jersey. Dr. Ferguson is a citizen of the United States and resides in New Jersey.
