Hervin Ferguson

It is with sadness, but great hope, that I wish to inform all my readers, subscribers, fellow bloggers, and people across the globe, who visit this ministry’s website on a daily basis, that my husband, Bishop Hervin Ferguson, went home to be with the Lord on March 21, 2019, after a fierce battle with Pancreatic Cancer. He fought the good fight, and he finished the race strong.

Please visit the link below to learn more about Bishop Hervin Ferguson, and to pay your condolences, and show your support. Also, continue to keep the family in prayers.

God bless you all.

Minister Gertrude Ferguson

People tend to take each other for granted, and believe that they have all the time in this world. No matter what you do for some people, they will still come back asking for more. Instead of being appreciative, and asking what they can do for you, it’s always what you can do for them. There are always some needs that they have. However, they never stop to wonder if you might also have any needs. These people have the “me, myself and I” kind of attitude.

You will continue to pour out all you have got to others, while instead of trying to think of a way to show their appreciation, and be a blessing to you, they instead find a way to criticize and tear you down. If you have done one wrong, instead of using a way to look at all the good you have done, they use that one bad to tear you down. As the saying goes, “when I do something good, no one remembers, but when I do something bad, no one forgets.”

It’s time you try to bless someone who has continually being a blessing to you, instead of finding a way to tear that person down. Sometimes people do not take responsibilities for their own actions. Instead of asking for forgiveness and take responsibilities for their actions, they find a way to blame the other person.

Go out and find someone you can bless today; whether it is someone who has consistently being a blessing to you, or someone you don’t even know. Life is short, today we are here, and tomorrow we are gone. It does not make any sense you cry your eyes out at someone’s funeral, and give all the roses you can afford. Notwithstanding, you did not try to acknowledge, appreciate, and be a blessing to that person while he or she was here with you.

Kiss and hug your husband, wife, spouse, children, siblings, other relatives, and friends. Tell them you love them and appreciate them. Find a way to make their day special, especially if that person is always giving to you, instead of finding a way to be offended by every little thing, and tear that person down. Look at all the good that person has done in your life, and has allowed you to accomplish.

Don’t give me roses when I am gone.
