Hey there! Thanks for dropping by Enough Tribulations Peace & Deliverance Ministries! Take a look around and grab the RSS feed to stay updated. See you around!
It shall be well with you this year. No matter how much your enemies try, they will not succeed. You have been destined to make it, and you shall surely achieve all your goals this year. For the remaining months of the year, all your agonies will be diverted, and victory and prosperity will be coming in abundance.
Today God has confirmed the end of your sufferings, sorrows and pains, because HE that sits on the throne has remembered you. He has taken away the hardships, and given you JOY. He will never let you down.
I knocked at Heaven’s door today, and God asked me, “My child, what can I do for you?” And I said, “Father, please protect and bless the person reading this message.”
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and Supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7 (Read all of Philippians 4:6-7)
New King James Version
It’s very tempting to think that happiness will come to me once I get something: “I would be happy if I just had a bigger house, another car, a better job, more money, a different wife, a nicer family, a new TV….” But such thoughts are very deceptive.
In truth, all those things we want actually make us miserable; we fight and quarrel about what we want, and then we’re upset when we don’t get it (see James 4:1-4). Don’t get caught up in things that you want or need. Instead, you should not worry about getting what you need; rest assured your heavenly Father will take care of what you need (see Matthew 6:30-32).
It’s foolish to make your enjoyment of life hinge upon anything. There will always be one more thing for you to acquire before you can “enjoy life.” The more you have, the more you have to worry about, which makes life that much harder to enjoy.
Instead of expecting possessions or circumstances to give you joy, seek the only source of everlasting joy—Jesus. Jesus says he came to Earth “so that [you] may have the full measure of my joy within [you]” (John 17:13). Similarly, Jesus said, “I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete” (John 15:11).
Jesus offers to make our joy complete and to give us the full measure of his joy. Since Jesus is wholly God, His joy is complete and whole joy. That Jesus offers us such joy is astonishing.
Therefore, find your joy in God for in his presence is fullness of joy (see Psalm 16:11). Don’t let your joy depend on getting all the things you want because there will always be more things that you don’t have, and therefore there will always be more things that will prevent you from enjoying life. Let Jesus be your joy, rather than waiting to enjoy life “when….”
I have been so busy today, after a break from the Memorial holiday yesterday, but I just stop by to tell somebody that if you are going through your darkest moment, your victory is about to be accomplished. The light is about to be risen upon you today. So arise, shine; for the light is come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you (Isaiah 60:1).
It is when you are going through your darkest hour, your victory is most powerful and successful.
In the gospel of Luke 23:44-46, It was stated that about the sixth hour there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. This was so, because Jesus had already given up the ghost – meaning, His spirit had already left His body, because He was dead. However, this moment of darkness was about to bring the biggest victory in the life of Jesus.
In Luke 24:4-6, when the women came to the sepulcher to bring spices to anoint His body, they saw two men standing there in SHINING garments. These two men were angels with bright ray of light shining from their garments. The light symbolized the victory and power that was gained through those hours of darkness. The sight of the angels and no body in the sepulcher caused the women to be afraid; But the angels said to them, “Why seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen!”
Praise the Lord today, if you are going through your darkest moment, because your dead situation is about to be resurrected.
Your marriage is about to be restored
Your finances are about to be restored,
Your love life is about to be restored,
Your happiness and your joy is about to be restored,
Your peace is about to be restored,
Your business is about to be restored,
Your broken home is about to be restored,
Your health is about to be restored,
Your children will be restored,
Your job will be restored,
Your purpose is being birth and your ministry is about to be restored.
Just shout out to God, and say, “I receive these Words in Jesus’ name!”Amen!
“It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light.”
I know almost all adults might answer ‘yes,’ to this question, especially if they have moved away from their parents’ home, and are working and taking care of themselves. However, independence appeals to all ages. It means “freedom from the control, influence, support, and aid of others.”
In reading a devotion by Bill Chowder, he too stated that, “It’s not surprising that teenagers talked about gaining their independence.” However, as I delved deep into this devotion, he spoke of a craving for dependence, which is a spiritual recognition and acceptance of our deep spiritual dependence on the One who gives life. Jesus stated, “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing” (John 15:5).
In this dangerous and troubled world, you need the vine to sustain all your spiritual nutrients, or else you will be spiritually malnourished. If you are spiritually malnourished, you won’t be able to withstand the enemy and all the chaos and calamity that he throws at you.
By and large, when you think that you are independent, think about the one who you have to depend on – Jesus.
I once heard a story of a man who was desperately down to his wit end of troubles. In his desperation, he went into his room and loaded a gun. He was about to kill himself!
As he sat there with the loaded gun, he decided that he had to pray before committing this suicide. He prayed and asked God to intervene to show He’s really there, and if He does, then he would not kill himself.
After praying, the man waited to see what would happen. Lost in his suicidal thoughts, he was startled by the ringing of the telephone. He jumped and quickly looked to see who was disturbing his intended mission. To his surprise, he saw the name “Almighty God” on his caller ID!
Seeing this, he sat there scared and shaking. In a state of shock, he couldn’t even answer the caller on the other end of the line. After a few minutes had elapsed, he finally got the courage to investigate. As he pressed redial on the telephone, he waited nervously to see who would pick up. The phone rang for a while, and just as he was about to hang up, he heard the husky voice of a male on the other end of the line. “How may I help you?” he asked the caller. The caller replied and asked, “Where is this?” The other male replied, “Almighty God Tabernacle.”
Coincidentally, the husky voice turned out to be that of a pastor, who was at his church that evening preparing his sermon for the next day. He had dialed his wife’s number to tell her that he was wrapping up for the evening, and would soon be home. Fortunately, he mistakenly dialed one of the digits, which happened to be the telephone number of the man about to commit suicide. The reason “Almighty God” came up on the suicidal man’s caller ID was because “Tabernacle” was too long to fit on the caller ID.
Well, to end this story, the man explained to the pastor what happened, and the pastor prayed and ministered to him. He was overcome with emotions, by seeing how God had intervened in his life when he was at his lowest point. Right there, the man accepted Jesus Christ as his person Lord and Savior. From that day on, his life has never been the same again. This man was telling his story from the pulpit while preaching a sermon one day. That’s how I came to know this story.
You see, when you are in your darkest moment, God is there with you. Jesus is the light that will guide you through the roughest time in your life (Psalms 119:105). It doesn’t matter how bad the situation appears, God is still in control. While there is life; there are hopes. Suicide is not an option, if you allow God to guide you. He can take whatever the situation is and turn it around for your good (Romans 8:28).
I have heard so many stories of people who were about to kill themselves for whatever reasons, but were prevented, and their lives have changed for the better.
I have a song that I love so much, and I sing this song when I am at my lowest. It might not be the song that you sing, but I will share the first few lines, along with the video with you:
Like a ship sailing out on a trip so rough and long
So far from shore, so far from home.
I SET OUT IN SEARCH OF A REASON TO GO ON
And I found it in the eye of the storm
No matter what storm clouds may rock this ship of mine
The light of my Savior will lead me safely through the night
Though my ship may be rocky and my sails may be torn
I shall rest in the eye of the storm.
At times the struggles and situations of life put you in a state of turmoil, and this can cause you to lose focus. Turmoil means, “a state of great disturbance, confusion, or uncertainty.” If you are in a state of turmoil, then your peace is topsy-turvy. When your peace is gone, then all hopes and happiness go with it as well.
In this world, there are always going to be trials and tribulations, and no one is immune from them. You don’t have to do anything or be guilty of anything to have these tribulations thrown at you. Notwithstanding, if you are looking to find peace in the world to solve your problems, then you are looking in the wrong place. If the world could give you peace, then there would be no problems in the world. There’s one source where your true peace comes from, and that is the “Prince of Peace.” Look to Him if you are in turmoil today.
Have you been struggling and seeking the answer you need to find peace and deliverance from whatever situation you are facing in your life today?
Has the devil been feeding you with negative and defeating thoughts to make you believe that you will never overcome your struggles?
The answer to your struggles is just a distance between your knees and the floor. Prayer is a powerful resource that you can utilize to find the peace and comfort you need to get you through whatever situation you are struggling with.
You might be depressed, confused, exhausted and hopeless, but Jesus encourages you in the Scripture, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light” Matthew 11:28-30.
Trust me, I've been there, I've looked, I've searched and I know now, that there are no answers to be found in the bottom of a bottle or on the edge of a blade! Fighting Hard, Recovering, Rebuilding, REBORN. Moving on from addiction to a new life.
