Are You In A Season of Isolation?

When you are in a season of isolation, God will allow people to leave your life, as he prepares you for a new assignment, a higher level of anointing, a new blessing, or a renewed purpose in order for you to embark on what he calls you to accomplish on this earth.

At first you may be disappointed and heart-broken when people you thought would have been there with you, decided to leave your life. Although this may be true, you should instead count it as pure joy, because now you can walk in your purpose and become more successful in who God has called you to be, without having them around as hindrance. If they were a part of God’s plan for your life, then he would have allowed them to stay and accomplish this plan. However, God cannot use people who will not contribute good to your life; but would contribute evil instead.

There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers (Proverbs 6:16-19, ESV).

Luke 4:16-30 depicts the time where Jesus went back to Nazareth, the hometown where he was brought up. He went to the synagogue and began to read from the scroll of the prophet Isaiah:

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor (v. 18-19).”

Jesus spoke graciously, and all who were listening, marveled at the words coming out of his mouth. And they said, “Is not this Joseph’s son (v.22)?” Jesus knew what they were thinking, because they could not bring themselves to believe who God had called him to be. Therefore, Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, no prophet is acceptable in his hometown (v. 24).”

When they heard these things, all who were in the synagogue were filled with wrath. And they rose up and drove him out of the town and brought him to the brow of the hill on which their town was built, so that they could throw him down the cliff. But passing through their midst, he went away (v. 28-30).

Jesus went away unto others, who would have welcomed and received him, as he continued his ministry with his twelve disciples. This is so, because he could not do any mighty work in his hometown of Nazareth, except that he laid his hands on a few sick people and healed them. And he marveled because of their unbelief (Mark 6:5). He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him (John 1:11).

Can you imagine the regret the Nazarenes must have experienced, when they heard how much Jesus’ fame had spread around the world, because of the mighty work that he was doing for God’s kingdom?

Jesus’ experience at Nazareth is typical today of people whom God has called to fulfill his purpose on this earth. People in your very own hometown, who may include family members and friends, may not want to recognize and respect you for the person God has called you to be. However, no matter how much they hate, criticize, or continue to be jealous of you, no one can prevent God from blessing and using you for his purpose and glory.

When God calls you, he anoints and equips you for his purpose; therefore, the devil and evil people cannot touch your anointing or do you any harm (Psalm 105:15). When people try to fight you; they are not fighting you, but they are fighting God, who has called, anointed, and equipped you for his purpose. With that being said, no one ever wins a fight with God.

If you need to leave Nazareth, in order to fulfill the purpose that God has called you for, by all means, leave! At the end of the day, you have an account to give to God (Romans 14:12).

Falling In Love Again With God

What does it really mean to love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength? Are you longing for the Lord to do a great thing in your life and in your heart?

As the world celebrates Valentine’s Day, it’s wonderful to show your love and appreciation to those around you, but it’s even greater to fall in love all over with God again.

ILoveGod

In Psalms 63:1-4, David had that thirst for the Lord. He wanted that oneness with God, and to share his love with Him. He said, “O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirst for thee, my flesh long for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary. Because thy loving kindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee. Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.”

In order to see God’s power and glory, you must have that closeness with Him. I know you don’t share certain special things and secrets with people you are not close to, do you? It’s the same for God. When you pour out your love to Him, and thirst for Him; He will show you His power and glory. However, He said, “If you love me, keep my commandments (John 14:15).” So to love God, is not only to love Him with your lips, but to show Him, by seeking Him with all your heart, soul, mind and strength.

God bless you all!

Psalms 23 – An Eye Opener!

Some probably never thought nor looked at this Psalm in this way, even though they say it over and over again.

The Lord is my shepherd – that’s relationship!

I shall not want – that’s supply!

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures – that’s rest!

He leadeth me beside the still waters – that’s refreshment!

He restoreth my soul – that’s healing!

He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness – that’s guidance!

For His name sake – that’s purpose!

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death – that’s testing!

I will fear no evil – that’s protection!

For thou art with me -that’s faithfulness!

Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me – that’s discipline!

Thou prepares a table before me in the presence of mine enemies – that’s hope!

Thou annointest my head with oil – that’s consecration!

My cup runneth over – that’s abundance!

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life – that’s blessing!

And I will dwell in the house of the Lord – that’s security!

Forever – that’s eternity!

We are currently in Jamaica, where we attended our 46th Annual Convention at one of Enough Tribulations Peace & Deliverance Ministries local church branches in Enfield, St. Mary, Jamaica. Our theme, “Deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians” (Exodus 3:8) was very instrumental.

Many people struggle in their daily lives, because they have been bounded by Satan’s spells. Satan uses spiritual strongholds to chain his victims to him. However, people have still been seeing how awesome our God is. He’s still in the miracle making business, He’s still in the healing business, and yes, He’s still in the deliverance business. Many people have been empowered, strengthened, anointed, healed and delivered in Jesus’ name.

We wish to thank all the churches in Jamaica, including our local community churches, and other community members who have supported this convention.

God bless you all, as we look forward to another great year of convention.

The Power of Deliverance

Demons have been wrecking havoc all around in people’s lives today.  There are different kinds of demons that plague one’s life. Many times people believe that because they are Christians they won’t encounter or be possessed with demons. Demons can enter through a lot of open loop holes that you have no idea they would enter through. Demonic strongholds can tie people to them in a variety of forms. If you are not loose by deliverance, these demons continue to tighten their grips in your life, creating disturbance, confusion, addiction, hurt, abuse, poverty, sickness, infertility, impotence, singleness, relationship problems, and a variety of other setbacks relating to anything that you would do that will positively move you forward in life.

If you are having setbacks after setbacks, and no matter what you do in life, you keep moving backward instead of forward, it’s time to seek deliverance. Deliverance will move you forward, and give you an upward mobility. This will enable you to come into the spiritual revelation and truth of God concerning your life and your spiritual well-being. As you are delivered, you will have the ability to advance to the next spiritual level. This will give you a spiritual awareness of kingdom tools and resources that will enable you to elevate yourself.

When deliverance is initiated, this will break the chains that the demons have used to chain you to them. As this diabolical entrapment is broken, you will be free! You will have to be delivered by someone possessing the spiritual anointing and level of understanding of the power and process of deliverance.

Our ministry has helped many people who have been bounded in spiritual captivity.

It’s time to move forward, as you seek to break every barriers and chains in your life today!
