When you have been hurt by someone who you thought had your back, do you become ignorant, bitter, or revengeful?
Although your experience might be very painful, and you did not expect to go through such pain from that person, just remember that some people come into your life for a blessing, while others come into your life for a lesson.
I once heard a saying that,”There are two circumstances under which you will know your true friends, 1: When God starts blessing you, and 2: When you are down on your luck.
Life is a learning process. When you have gone through various testing, trials and tribulations, and rode out the storm with God, then he will start to bless you. However, some people will of course be happy for you, and welcome your new blessings, while others will be jealous and negative. They do not care what you have been through, to get your blessings, as their hearts are deceitful and desperately wicked (Jeremiah 17:9). In the greatest time of your testing, trials and tribulations, you will know who will have your back, and who will not.
Nevertheless, there are some genuine people around, and they are the ones who will withstand the test of time, and be a blessing in your life. The ones who simply were not genuine, do not be regretful that you have known them, instead be happy that you did, as you have learned a lesson from them, in whichever way things have worked out in your life.
Happy Father’s Day to all our dads. May your day be wonderfully blessed.
Many women were there, watching from a distance. They had followed Jesus from Galilee to care for his needs. Matthew 27:55
The New Testament records the fact that many women were among the larger body of disciples that followed and served Jesus Christ. Unfortunately, we only know the names and stories of a few. They were more loyal to Jesus at the time of his crucifixion than his male disciples.
Despite the patriarchal society of that day, four women—two of them Gentile foreigners—were named in the genealogy of Jesus in Matthew’s Gospel chapter one. It is significant that Jesus included women in his teaching putting them on equality with men. The same ethical and moral standards were demanded from both genders and the same way of salvation was offered for both.
Throughout the Bible, women filled significant roles—from leadership like Deborah to unique motherhood like Mary.

As I reflect on these words, women have been very significant from biblical times in both ministry and the role of motherhood. Mary, the mother of Jesus had endured such horrific experience carry the Christ-child. Despite her horrendous tribulations, as well as the terrible experience she faced when her son was crucified, she displayed phenomenal strength and courage, that any caring mother would display for her child.
Today, I hail all the mothers in the world, including our ministry moms, and wish each and every one of these phenomenal woman a
Life is so precious, yet so uncertain. It’s very hard to imagine how your life can change in a moment. It might be a major catastrophe that you have no idea would have affected your life, or it could be a joyous moment that you will never forget.
In this post, I will focus on the latter, which is the positive life changing moments. It could be that you’re going to be a parent for the first time, or you are going to say, “I Do,” or you have to move away to a new location, and the thought of changes scares you, yet excites you. You might have just started a new relationship, and the thought of being in love again, makes you happy.
In life, no matter what bad experiences you have encountered, your life can suddenly change for the better. It’s always a great thing to be positive. Therefore, if you are experiencing a bad life changing moment right now, just know that your good life changing moment is yet to come. Your pain is never permanent, and your trials and tribulations are temporary.
